It was an offhand comment — we were talking about exercise, and I mentioned that when I was training PCM, I always started the morning with grapefruit for its anti-inflammatory properties, and I was thinking of restarting that ritual.
But my Neurologist told me it was a bad idea — grapefruit doesn’t play nice with my meds.

A new study out of Denmark, published in Nature’s Scientific Reports in May, looked at the real-world use of triptans to abort migraines and came up with some interesting but not unexpected results.
